Outbound agreements - Forwarding

When creating outbound agreements, it's important to setup the Empty Mapping Output properly.
In most cases if we are mapping from one format to another, for example from IDoc to EDI, we don't want to forward the IDoc in case of empty mapping.

Another important point is to use Acknowledgement Timeout (on the example is 24 hours). Mail Receiver should be a real email, do not try to use system variables or Partner Mail (Mail / Addresses / Partners) because it does not work.

SFTP - Polling settings

When creating SFTP Client Addresses it considered best practice to use "Polling settings". Activate the Check if file is complete with for example 500 milliseconds between checks. It will prevent incomplete files from been picked .
